About the Role Our client is seeking an experienced Asset Performance Officer to support maintenance and asset programs across the Southern Region. This is a key role ensuring properties are safe, compliant and well-maintained. What You’ll Be Doing Scope works accurately and on time Manage planned maintenance programs using PAS data Oversee Vacants, Modifications & Complaint Management programs Conduct property inspections and maintain detailed records Ensure compliance with Building Codes, housing standards & contracts Work closely with contractors to deliver quality outcomes Identify and resolve compliance issues Provide recommendations to improve asset delivery What You’ll Need Sound building/construction experience or exposure Contract administration experience (quotations, estimates) Strong understanding of contract requirements, standards & policies Ability to interpret and apply contract frameworks Current working knowledge of Australian Building Codes Intermediate MS Word & Excel (MS Project desirable) Experience in field inspections and measuring performance against standards Understanding of Australian Building Codes, Australian Standards and probity/contracting standards Relevant qualification and/or solid building maintenance/construction experience Current Driver’s Licence Experience conducting compliance inspections of building essential services (desirable) How to Apply Applications will be reviewed within 48 hours of the job posting.
